During Charlotte Moss' twenty-five year career as an interior designer, she has become a trusted voice on achieving a discerning
elegance that is at the same time comfortable and informed. It was in 1985 that Charlotte left an executive position on Wall Street
to follow her true passion and join the world of luxurious interiors. Soon after its founding, Charlotte Moss and Company, a home
furnishings store and interior design firm on Manhattan’s Upper East Side, became an authority on lifestyle and home décor. Her latest
book, Charlotte Moss Decorates: The Art of Creating Inspired Rooms was published in March of 2011. Her website, www.CharlotteMoss.com,
contains Charlotte’s two blogs, Tête-à-Tête and C’est Inspiré. Charlotte is a Contributing Editor for Architectural Digest and the Wall
Street Journal Magazine.
While Charlotte draws her inspiration from her extensive travels, avid reading and the legacies of great women of style, she
attributes her southern heritage as the most significant contributor to her own personal style.
Charlotte Moss has designed collections of china for Pickard, fabrics and trims for Fabricut (available in the fall of 2011),
carpet and scenic wallpapers for Stark, decorative enamels for Halcyon Days, home fragrances for Agraria, and fabrics and wallpapers
for Brunschwig and Fils, among others. Charlotte is currently designing a new collection of furniture and upholstery for Century Furniture,
launching in the spring of 2012.
